1. Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Manage inventory, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally, striving for utmost guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
2. Cook (All Cuisines Welcome)
Join our culinary team and bring your passion for food to our kitchen! We are looking for skilled Cooks specializing in various cuisines to create memorable dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to innovate and manage menu items.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in relevant cuisine types (e.g., Nepali, Indian, Continental, Chinese).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Waitress
We seek friendly, energetic, and professional Waitresses to provide outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and assisting with selections.
Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Handle payments accurately and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Nepali and English (Hindi is a plus).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-focused with a polite and professional demeanor.
